Welcome to HPAC! Whether you're a returning swimmer or joining us for the first time, we're thrilled to have you join our community. HPAC strives to develop world-class swimmers, citizens, and leaders, guided by the core values of Integrity, Passion, Hard Work, and Teamwork.

Online Registration Information

Registration for the 2026 Long Course Season is open.

You will receive a confirmation email upon completing registration, and your registration status will be marked “Pending Approval” until we confirm you’ve registered for the correct group/billing option.


Please see our tentative meet schedule. Meets may be broken up and assigned by groups and swimmers. The coaches will work with the swimmers and parents on a plan for their season swimming.

Fees/Billing Options

Spring Program: Swimmers registering for the Spring Program must pay up front for the 2 months they sign up for, April 6 to May 30.


Full Summer Season: Swimmers registering for the full summer season may choose between monthly (4) installments, or pay up front.


Financial Payment and Delinquency Policy


USA Swimming Membership: Swimmers are required to have a valid USA Swimming Membership. Information can be found here. HPAC offers a Premium athlete membship (able to attend ALL Meets), or a FLEX Membership (able to attend ONLY 2 swim meets).


Competition (Meet) Fees

All Competitions and Events are assessed at the end of each month. These fees are charged to the credit or debit card on file with the club.


Financial Assistance

HPAC offers a limited number of scholarships for families per its Financial Assistance Policy.


Required Equipment/Team Store

Every swimmer is required to have the Team Uniform, which includes 3 team-color t-shirts and 3 team-color caps. Team t-shirts and caps MUST be worn at meets.

Every swimmer is required to have a team suit. Team suits MUST be worn at meets unless otherwise directed by the coaching staff.

Volunteer Policy (Meets, Special Events)

HPAC is a not-for-profit organization operated for the benefit of its members. As such, HPAC relies on volunteers for every aspect of Club operations outside of the coaching and leadership provided by our professional coaching staff. Parents are expected to support the Club by volunteering their time to ensure that hosted meets run smoothly, and that the club fulfills its obligations to other swim clubs at away meets. To ensure that all families share the responsibility for these tasks, the following policy is in effect. Please review this policy before registering your child for the Club; by registering your swimmer, you are agreeing to abide by this policy.
